Our story
Hausbau Paraguay was founded in 2018 by Marco Reich (MR Construcciones) with a clear vision: to offer immigrants from across Europe high-quality, value-stable solid-build homes in Paraguay. Our goal is to align high European standards with Paraguay’s specific conditions. That’s why our homes stand out for their robustness and longevity—paired with designs tailored to the local climate and the individual needs of our clients.
Over the past eight years, we’ve developed dynamically and grown steadily with increasing demand. Today, we’re proud to work with a team of more than 30 full-time and freelance professionals. Our team includes experienced local tradespeople across multiple disciplines, dedicated apprentices, and specialists from Europe —especially Germany— who bring extensive knowledge and expertise to our projects.

Beyond our core team, we have a continuously growing network of specialists and providers who complement and round out our services. This allows us to offer a wide range of additional services, including well drilling, pool construction, security/surveillance systems, landscaping, and more.
